We are experiencing extreme heat in Menlo Park. Try to get to a place with air conditioning during some part of the day. Cooling centers in the city are the Belle Haven Library and the Main Library. See below for signs of dehydration. Make sure to drink water, even if you aren't thirsty and eat fruits and vegetables that contain water.
