Belle Haven ACTION Launches First Neighborhood Farmers Market

Menlo Park, CA — December 19 — Belle Haven Action (BHA), in partnership with Fresh Approach and Loaves & Fishes, proudly hosted the first Neighborhood Farmers Market in Belle Haven. The event welcomed more than 60 community members and marked an exciting step toward improving local access to fresh, healthy food.

Residents enjoyed a wide selection of nutritious items, including fresh greens, seasonal vegetables, nuts, dried fruit, and a variety of beans. The market was made possible through the collective efforts of BHA staff, Fresh Approach, community volunteers, and local high school students, reflecting Belle Haven’s strong, multi-generational spirit.

“This market showed what’s possible when our community comes together, the energy was incredible” shared the Belle Haven Action team.

Due to the enthusiastic response, Belle Haven Action is already planning to bring the Farmers Market back in the New Year. Stay tuned for future dates as we continue working to support food access and community connection in Belle Haven.
